In all honesty I think these are quite simple to take, and I had not experienced any negative reactions from them. I believe that the shedding of my hair has been decreased

Thanks Anirva, This product works! Takes about 1-2 months regularly 2x a day. This is the second round of a 3 month cycle that i am doing. Both times I saw difference. Hair growth, more volume, thicker strands, shine and it reduced shedding.

Well worth the money and less expensive compared to some other costly options that don't deliver results. I was in doubt about this product at first because I wasn’t seeing results right away but after 2 months I was very pleased with my results. Ok. I waited 2 months to write this review since that is when generally all supplements says you should start seeing results. I personally don't see difference but two co-workers have told me my hairs looks thicker now. What I have noticed is less shedding, and much less strands of hair stuck to my hands in the shower. So this supplement is definitely doing something amazing.
