The purpose of change is to simply remove the non-recyclable with a 100% recyclable material, reduce the cost of bottles, and shipping cost. This change not only reduces our costs, but also helps support American businesses, which is something we are committed to doing.
Does the new packaging affect the quality of the supplement?
No, It doesn’t affect the quality of the product. Now there will be no extra tube required, all labels will remain the same.
What is the reason for the change in Packaging?
The tube itself was creating a lot of waste and recycling centers were not recycling small glass bottles with labels because additional effort was required. This change comes because of our commitment to sustainability, reducing costs, and maintaining the quality of our products.
Why did you change from Glass to Plastic?
There are several benefits in using PET plastic bottles. Plastic bottles are lighter than glass bottles which reduces the amount of packaging material. By transitioning to plastic bottles, we are reducing the amount of packaging material used, resulting in a smaller carbon footprint.
Why the Tube has been removed from Packaging?
We were told by many of our customers that the tube itself was creating a lot of waste and was not sustainable. Moreover, we are making this change without compromising the quality of our products. Our food grade PET plastic bottles are BPA-free and have been rigorously tested to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Does it affect the price of products?
Although the overall cost of product ingredients, packaging material and shipping cost have increased approximately 40% during the last two years, we have managed to maintain our same low price to you by streamlining our processes and being more lean and sustainable.
