I really liked the ingredients and their potency is on the bottle. I know that may sound normal, but most of the supplements I have tried include a proprietary blend and there are no details about exactly what is in the blend. I like that with this supplement I can see EXACTLY what I am putting in my body.

So far so good! I usually get bad acne during my pms week. The vitamins are easy to swallow and I love that the ingredients are non gmo and gluten free. They don’t have that awful vitamin smell or taste either.
