At Anirva, we work quickly to get your order packed and on its way. Please review our cancellation terms before reaching out.

One-Time Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or fulfilment and will no longer be eligible for cancellation. To cancel, email us immediately at contact@anirva.com with your order number.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed for a billing cycle, that cycle's order cannot be cancelled. You can manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at contact@anirva.com.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Already Shipped?

If your order has already left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
